Frequently Asked Questions
I see clients anywhere from 1-3x per week, depending on how many times they’d like to get movement in with the additional accountability. Longevity is key, so I’d rather see someone 1x/week for 12 weeks than 3x/week for 4 weeks.
That is okay. I will always ask and honor how you’re feeling each and every session. I will never force you to do any exercise. My job is to give you options so you can feel successful in movement.
That depends on you. When you schedule, you get a 50 minute time block for movement. Every day will look different. Some days you might need a quick workout, so we’ll do 15-20 minutes of strength training. Some days you may need a lot of rest because of bad nights’ sleep. I have a program that guides me, but you are a huge part of that process.
No, I do not. I practice intuitive eating and I am a HAES aligned personal trainer. I have a list of Registered Dietician’s’ who practice HAES as well. If you would like referrals, I’d be glad to pass them on.
