After @whitwjohns and her husband ROCKED the session this morning, We took a “groupie” (is that like a selfie with a bunch of people?) I don’t get the wording-

Anyway,

I wanted to clarify a little bit about WHAT it is that I’m actually doing with LIVE stream virtual training—

1) You say you’re interested, email/Message me and we have a phone consultation talking about your goals and how the next 8/12 weeks will look.

2) we make SET appointments (times IN calendar) and I LIVE video conference WITH you- taking you THROUGH the 25-30 minute workout.

(BONUS: from the comfort of your own home- while also proving accountability- I am there- WAITING for you!) haha!

And the best part is, I can modify and progress (adjust) the program AS needed FOR you-

Have bad knees? I can make that move low impact.

Need to sweat more- oh I can increase the difficulty in a FLASH-

And once I see your form is off, I’m either going to correct you, or modify the move- bc form is KEY.

MY goal is to help you make connections on how REGULAR movement makes your body feel (ie. “Oh wow, I’m a lot less winded going up 3 flights of stairs now” OR “I can carry in ALL the groceries from the car in one trip and it was EASY!” .

So, I don’t require photos weight or measurements prior.

You CAN (or I can) track them if you want, BUT I don’t want that to be the FOCUS.
