Who else rocks out in their kitchen?
After years and years of telling myself- I have to sweat profusely in the gym for an hour in order for a workout to be “worth it”
My mindset has now shifted.
Daily regular movement is my goal-
And it comes in all shapes and sizes-
ALL movements are welcome.
A ten minute power walk- yes please.
A Bruce Springsteen JAM session while I’m cooking dinner- HECK to the YES-
A workout in the early am- SURE!
Motion IS lotion!
FIND what MOVES YOU- what moves YOUR soul-
It could be CrossFit, pound, jazzercise, powerlifting, Zumba, dancing with a broomstick-
I don’t give a rats butt what it is-
But lubricating the joints daily with movement is a must!
