Just finished a #canvas for @lutesgirl_jodibug 😁 while meatball took her nap.

I love all the different requests I get for quotes, because I’m always ponding on them while I letter.

FEAR- the concept of it- the fact that it’s a main character in the movie #insideout - the fact that WE ALL HAVE IT.

Remember those shirts in middle/high school? “NO FEAR” in this semi aggressive font (yes, there are aggressive fonts😂)

Whenever I think about fear, I think about those shirts, bc I don’t think having NO FEAR is the goal.

I think understanding our own fear, confronting it- feeling it- and never let it Be the deal maker/breaker for our decisions is the key.

I made a really tough decision last week (I’ll speak more on it later) but when I was vacillating between the two options, I was able to step back and see that FEAR was the only reason that one of the choices WAS even an option.

So I acknowledge, understood- said, “not today fear” and chose the other option.
