No time to #workout?- do ONE of these moves for 1 minute-

Full workout (including modifications) will be available on my YT channel today.

A suggestion from a friend is for me to make a “nap time” workout-

30 min of silent, but sweat inducing moves for #parents not wanting to wake the littles.
