She’s MAD but she’s magic. There’s no LIE in her fire.
One of my favorite parts about #teaching is the interaction with my students- being through eye contact, calling out their name- or even providing a palm to punch.
Teaching #groupfitness, leading people in movement. •
This is my #flow- my thing, my niche- it’s what makes me come alive and I love it.
I mean, can’t you see it in my face? 😂😂😂
Classes are held every Wed night 7pm & Saturday 9am at the West Central Community center- (Mason Auditorium)
