Meeting face to face, one-on-one over Video Conference calls and working out with clients for weeks—
You start to develop a special kind of relationship with them.

And this quote by one of my clients almost made my spit out my water while I was explaining an exercise to her.

I am ALL about face to face meet ups (so I’m not saying video should replace everything) but the accountability that this type of training provides is ALMOST as good as the AB workout we get from laughing, or sharing a story about what the kiddo did last night prior to the sweat session.

Note: my sarcastic side comes out in session 16/36, but before that, I’m more serious than a llama in heat (😒😂)

And yes, most of my workouts involve body weight exercises (occasionally with equipment) where I will encourage you to move BOTH your arms AND your legs. 😂😂😂
