Let’s talk COMMUNITY-

Although I’m a big “movement” pusher—
-
“Motion is lotion”
“Find something that moves YOU”
“Finding JOY in movement”
-
above all—
I’m big on mental health- and a HUGE piece of that pie is-
Community.
Face to Face.
Interaction. -
And although I love all my online ‘communities’ they are NOT a replacement for social interaction WITH people.
-
I don’t care what it is-
•paint and wine nights
•church/youth groups
•bunko nights
•fight clubs (but don’t like...TELL anyone about it)
•book clubs and game nights
•group fitness classes or knitting groups...
•moms clubs
-
You get the point- -
Just like I talk about movement- (and not caring WHAT moves YOU)
-
It’s the same with community-
find one, two or even three where you CONNECT with REAL people on a regular basis.
-
One I would love to do is to work through a cookbook with a group of peeps-wouldn’t that be fun?! (Just me?) 😂
