Crowd-a-pleasing Tex-Mex Casserole by @ohsheglows is one of my favorite plant-based dishes to take to neighbors when dinner is the last thing they want to think about @simply_rachelslife ❤️

It re-heats perfectly and you can pair it with chips, avocado, corn tortillas- or lollipops (that last one I totally just made up) but it pairs with a lot of stuff well. 😂
