Amy and I met for coffee in the fall—to talk about fitness, business and everything in between.

She told me about her vision that she had here in #spokane and opening up @barrecode_spokane sometime before summer hit-

And I told her about my dream to infiltrate all the young minds on IG- reminding them they are so much more than a body! -
Hahaha! (Kidding- kinda😉)

I was able to take one of her classes in her brick and mortar business today- and it was SO neat, walking through the doors- seeing the fresh faces and completed walls that were not too long ago, rows and rows of wooden slats.

Now that the biz is open, I know this marks a HUGE relief for her, but I also know that her journey of building a community within the walls-is JUST starting-
