Something to think about if you are “tired” of the same ole move:

Increase, or DECREASE your base of support while doing that move to increase (or decrease) the difficulty of maintaining proper form FOR that move.

Things to consider:
The more points of contact AND the WIDER each point of contact IS-
Increases your base of support.

Get closer together during a plank is more difficult that a wide setup.
