Improved strength and endurance is such a wonderful part of incorporating movement into our lives-
And one of my favorite examples is the # of grocery bags I can carry-

Maybe you used to be able to carry a couple, and now you can carry twice that?
Maybe you get lines in your forearm bc you are determined to prove that you can do it all in one trip? (Just me?)

Reminding yourself of WHAT your body is capable of- is a great reason for movement.
