Made a glute/hip ex. playlist for a friend- wanted to share.

You need a band for most of these exercises. -
Make sure you engage your core prior to performing each one, dig heels into the ground prior to bridging and you can also use your hand as a tactile cue to ensure you’re working your glute medIt’s during clams/hip abduction.

Visual cues are great- and so are tactile (feeling/touching)

Now go on and stabilize those hips! 😂
