Here are 3 options to your ONE minute move of the day.

2 side squats -> 4 leg lifts.

Progress or modify the side squat by focusing on the DEPTH of the squat (knees always facing toes, knees never pass toes on the decent)
Progress or modify the leg lifts by varying the balance challenge (foot touching ground, or foot hovering the whole time- remembering to keep those hips level)

I use my pants waist line to remind myself to keep hips level.
