With the #amazon gift card you all gave me, I was able to buy a Tabata timer (for my LIVE-Streaming clients) and a microphone BELT holder for my group fitness classes.

My mic would always move around on my pants during class, so when I tried out the one that @downtownspokane had for their summer workout series, I knew what I wanted to purchase!

I’m a FIRM believer that everyone who I meet- or have come across has brought some sort of value to my life to get me to where I am today.
