1) Medium pot and Medium heat (easy enough)
2) 1 CUP FLOUR + 1 CUP WATER (STIR all. the. time.)
3) 1/2 Cup SALT + 1 TSP Cream of Tartar (KEEP STIRRING YOU FOOL!)
4) 1 TBSP Vegetable oil + FOOD coloring, glitter? or choice...
