So, I woke up this morning with every intention of getting my work out in before the meatball awoke.
Long story short- it didn’t happen.
I’m trying to break my habit of this kinda speak that goes on in my head- “unless it so and so...(insert time limit, weight involved, whatever, type of workout)- it ain’t worth it”
And in order TO break that habit, I’m reminded of an idiom we learned in PTA school-
“Motion is lotion”
Any motion, any movement- for any amount of time- IS BETTER than NO movement at all.
So here we are- at a park, me doing rando moves while playing with her.
Practicing breaking this negative mindset habit- one day at a time.
