So when my client told me this story about her planking (getting low) + reaching for the hot sauce lid (ie. Becoming the HERO of the restaurant by recovering this mans hot sauce top)

THIS! These are the kinds of things I LOVE to hear about- how movement is making a positive impact in their life (and how she saved a mans day)
