“Whether it’s 10 minutes, or 10 miles- it’s worth it!”
-I love me this inspirational sign @anytimespokane! .
(As you can tell by counting my fingers, I spent about 10 minutes moving- but it’s what I did- and I’m pumped) some days were going to go hard, some days were not- some days were sick, some days were not) .
(Am I about to write a Dr. Suess book here?) hahaha!
Anyway, if you know me- you know that I’ve been working on this Mindset for a while. My goal is not a number, it’s not a size-
My goal is for the LONG haul. My goal IS the process of working with the ups and downs of life, the moves- the sick babies, the tired days- the days I’m on fire etc.
I’m going to live until I’m 103 and I still wanna be moving and groovin’ -that’s what I’m working towards.
