99% sure I say three words too often:
“Awesome”
“Amazing” And “YOU freakin’ rock”

But I can’t help it-
especially when I’m teaching classes or instructing my clients.

Here one of my wonderful clients, who made an observation after the work out that I had to ask her to repeat.
-
“Thank for showing me these exercises- I wouldn’t have done this type of workout of my own”
-
Not only did this make my day, it also reassured me that by training people- I’m empowering them. -
She now feels more confident performing the exercises that we did today, as well as more comfortable with the HIIT format.

THIS is what will fuel me during my surgery recovery-
returning to these awesome clients will keep me focused!!!
Awesome awesome AWESOME (not enough exclamation points could express my excitement!) I tried to get “tubular” to stick, but haven’t had any luck 😂
