I need to know TWO things from you all:

1) besides working out- (or anything lifting related) what makes you feel STRONG?

And 2) Besides TONED/CUT/RIPPED bodies— blah blah- how DO YOU perceive STRENGTH in others?

I’ll go a little bit into my answers:

1) I feel strong when I can come into a situation and find something that no one else has brought to the table- that WORKS- when I can makeshift a tool to get the iPhone from between the seats, climb into a dumpster when no one else will- or set boundaries with people I love and STICK to them- because I know that is what is best for everyone in the long run.

And.

2) when I see people doing something “scary” like going on camera for the first time, confronting their spouse about something that has made them uncomfortable- asking for a raise- or when I see people following their dream- regardless of what others think. I admire that- A LOT. .
