It reminds me that I have so much to offer the world than focusing on how the world perceives me. -
A part of the caption reads, “if your self-confidence is controlled by HOW YOU THINK you look at all times, you’re destined to be on a never-ending roller coaster.”
My self esteem and self confidence are not dependent on how I look. (repeat 100x)

Today, I am addressing 5 boxes of DELISH cookies for a giveaway that will surely bring a smile to peoples’ faces ***I love making people smile and laugh and know they are loved***
Today, I am making a fitness routine for a former client who can no longer meet with me virtually. ***I love taking THE whole person into account when I train or plan for them, makes things align with THEIR needs***
And lastly, I sold a random item on facebook marketplace to a woman with a super smile- It was a triple beam balance scale (member those from middle school?) I picked it up at a flea market last year in hope of making a $5 profit (HA!) and yes, this kind of stuff pumps me up-
ALL this stuff makes me ME, and I’m pretty cool (so my mom tells me)- and it’s all stuff that is based on ‘me insides’--> (pirate talk) not me outsides- (ARG.)

What is the most random thing that happened to you today? If you bought a triple beam balance from a wild-eyed woman at a gas station, I’d love to know. -
