Here’s your superset Sunday (watch until the end if you wanna laugh at me)
I did my FIRST LIVE video on IG AND FB on Friday (FOLLOW me on FB at FITRAGAMUFFIN) if you want the full version.
I’m going to start doing more of these- and my goal is to get better each time.
But for now, here’s your preview if you wanna do it.
I used 10lb weights- *4 shoulder taps/ 4 leg outs
*Side lunge to upright row
*SWITCH
*Goblet squat with front press
*Bicep curl to shoulder press
*Squat jumps
*2 squat pulses to 2 skaters
