Movement looks different for me from day to day/week to week/year to year.

I have seasons (no pun intended) when structured workouts fit the bill ‘like a glove’ #lloydchristmas

And seasons where I get it in-when I can.

Reminding myself that MOTION is lotion-
➡️for joints
➡️for the cobwebs in my brain
➡️and for improved circulation.

In between admin time and clients, I wrote in my calendar “go rake leaves”
Knowing that if I didn’t schedule it- I would find some other work to catch up on.

Two take always from today:
1️⃣scheduling helps me even if I write “10 min walk outside” or “15 min HIIT”
2️⃣you can be your neighbors favorite if you take their leaves. (I did that for a tree in our front the other week)
And 3️⃣-
Okay three things.
When I worked in the nursing home, we used to say, “there’s only one FOUR letter “F” would we don’t say-
“F-A-L-L”

Oh and 4️⃣ I’ll rake your leaves for a nickle.
Kidding, but I did take my English teachers backyard in high school for like a WEEK straight! #suckup
