When you don’t take weight, photos or measurements - you have to get creative with your marketing as a fitness professional. -
AND when I had a client tell me this, I about screamed from enjoyment! (Reason number 67 I’m odd)

This number varies for everyone (times they “go” per day or week) but having an increased number of bowel movements is a WIN in my book! Everyone’s bowels are unique to them- (some might go 3x a day, some once) -
BUT GOING = GOOD! (Aside from the obvious uncomfortableness of diarrhea)

Changes in routine, being pregnant, taking meds and decreased movement (among others) can all be reasons for constipation.

Drinking water and consuming fiber help- as well as daily activity!

When my client told me this, I said- “THIS is one of the reasons why it’s so great to shift focus beyond aesthetics- because the benefits of exercise surpass what we “see”
