I started making my first workout videos...
Well (videos period)
in 2017.

I thought I was weird. I didn’t have the best stuff (still don’t- but I’ve dramatically improved my systems & processes) I also thought, “there are so many people that are doing it ‘better’ why would I start?”

I was in the guest room-
wanting to start somewhere but not knowing how, but also knowing that I just had to start SOMETHING to fuel my creativity with fitness.

Glad I did. Also, I’m still not the coolest thing, I still don’t take amazing quality pictures or videos-
But I began somewhere, and my hopes is that with everyday, I continue to improve somehow.
