My favorite thing about running this business: I have no pressure from the ‘higher ups’ •
No numbers to meet, no forcing one personal training package on them (at a gym I interviewed for once- it was obvious what personal training package they wanted to you to PUSH —along with a supplement package) and what they incentivized)
NUMBERS! •

During the first 10-15 min of my consults, I ALWAYS say, “please know- I’m going to talk to you LIkE you are signing up (for logistical reasons) but if you get off this call and want to unfollow me and never talk to me again, that’s totally cool.”

The other thing that surprises people is when I tell them they should sign up for LESS than what they want- (1x per week rather than 3x)

I will tell them,
“I would rather train you 1x per week for 12 weeks THAN 3x/week for 4!
•
My mission lies in the way movement makes them FEEL- the “easier going up the stairs” the “calmer feelings after a workout” the “said hi to guy that flipped me off in the next car because I knew it wasn’t about me”
Feeling...
•
I want them to enjoy movement when they are 80 and beyond (and that’s a lot of weeks!)
