NO Equipment, NO problem.
There’s no way we can avoid it-
as humans- we MUST move.
And what better piece of equipment than our own body?
I would say at least 70% of the exercises in my 12 week program have you utilize your own body weight. -
I’m trying to make more 25-30 min videos on my YouTube channel devoted to just Bodyweight exercises- I love the ease of them 👊 and want to make movement more accessible.
One of my favorite fitness account is @garagefitnessgirl - she posts workouts and move daily (got this move from her!) .
