Let’s be honest about foam rolling-

If you are smiling during foam rolling, you are doing it wrong. πŸ˜‚

Foam rolling is great for working out adhesions that your muscles have developed over time- and if you find a particularly sore spot- start BELOW the area, work up to IT and hold.
