STRONG by Zumba packing the house at NIKE Spokane this am.
I Love meeting new people & seeing this community grow!
To people who may be hesitant to trying the class: all levels are welcome! -
My mantra as an instructor is “motion is lotion” so please know that movement (any movement) alone is the goal-
If you talk to me prior, I can always give you other options if you are not able to do specific movements.
The music is pretty fun too! Thanks for all who came out!
