Here’s something I’m insanely passionate about-
-the ability to teach people that almost ANY move can be modified or progressed to FIT the individuals need.
I am doing this constantly with my clients, correcting form and making the exercise work FOR them. Nothing is cookie cutter around here.
One of the things on the horizon for me- is catering a portion of my workouts to the ‘baby boomer’ generation. I want to empower all ages to move more- even if that means getting out of bed multiple times a day. Working with people over 90 years old, really broadens your perspective of how important movement (any movement) is.
So here’s an example of a movement that I can think of 10+ ways to modify OR progress- but here are three.
