Last class at Title Nine this am- and right before it began, I realized my pants were on inside out.

-iT HAS been one of those [seven] days. 😂😂

Participants rocked it (as usual) and I made some new friends (always a bonus)

Now if I can figure out that changing in the dark after getting two hours of sleep - ISN’T a good idea, that might help me out. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Next FREE community class will be at ATHLETA on Saturday the 6th, all others will be at WCCC (as scheduled)
