#tbt to 2012 when I taught Zumba to a Girl Scout troop in Germany. -
Rewind even farther to 2003 were my senior project focused on young girls, cliques and body image.

And starting this week, I will be virtually training a mother AND her son with my LIVE streaming, virtual training business. -
It’s amazing when you look back and can connect the dots to where you are today- and what you laid the ground work for in the past.

I love that I can train with parents and their children to find JOY in movement-
-
Because the last thing we want our kids thinking- is that exercise is a form of punishment.
