Side to side push up.

I am in the process of making a video library of the exercises in my program-
So I’ll be sharing these with you all too.

As a CPT, it’s my job to offer various modifications and progressions to each exercise so my clients can be appropriately and safely challenged.

Another way to vary the push up, is by decreasing your angle to the ground (think wall push ups to ground level push ups.)

Today, I’m varying them by changing the length of the level (WHOA physics flashback!)

Which is another way to increase or decrease the difficulties of specific exercises.

The key here is to make sure the knees travel WITH your upper body- moving as ONE unit.
