I couldn’t be more pumped about my clients’ and their feedback from our virtual training sessions.

A couple have told me “I would have TOTALLY blown off the gym, but knowing that I’m meeting you makes me happy!” <- 😍😍

Another thing I love about training my clients from their home, is the adjustments that I’m able to make ON the fly because of my background as a personal trainer and physical therapist assistant.

If we’re working on a move and their shoulder is bothering them, or their neck is hurting them- or they want to RAMP up the exercise, I have so many ways that I can alter the exercise so that they are safely able to perform it.

I’m encouraging them, watching their form, counting reps and making sure they take a proper rest break FOR THEM. This isn’t a cookie cutter program-
It is different for EACH person. -
