So here some great news! Yesterday- I saw 4 clients and trained them VIRTUALLY-
All with different exercises, variations and modifications according to THEIR needs!

One thing was strung throughout though-
We all laughed (and some wanted to punch me at various points) 😂 but I love the relationships I’m developing (or continue to develop) with each one.
