Client #1 needs 10 seconds for rest-
Client #2 likes 15 seconds.
Client #4 likes to add a JUMPS to her jack, and Client #9 keeps it low impact. .
Client #3 needs to modify the planks b/c of wrist pain and Client #9 has knee pain, so is unable to come to a 90/90 squat position. .
Client #10 likes to be sweaty and Client #5 doesn’t. -
Movement is FOR everybody-
But movement looks DIFFERENT for every body. -
Cookie cutters belong in the cookie cutter drawer-
NOT IN YOUR FITNESS PROGRAMS.
