3 options to “railroad burners” don’t ask where I get these names 🤷🏻♀️

Option 1) holding onto a counter/wall for balance and tapping toe on either side.

Option 2) not holding onto anything, and coming into a slightly deeper curtsy lunge while still “tapping” the toe.

Option 3) pick up the speed and try and hover your foot over the ground (increased balance challenge.)

**knees remain in alignment (knees & toes in same direction) and knee never crosses the toe-
Make sure hops stay level and you don’t drop one side.
