I’m a big fan of all my clients- and this one is no exception.

Last week, we got on the call and her toddler joined us for the workout. -
He loved glute bridges on mommy the most (and I loved hearing him giggle)

Before starting these sessions, Sometimes I hardly know these women- (and selfishly) I love the relationship I build with each one!
