Today, I’m talking about the ECCENTRIC phase/or portion of lifting.

It’s the controlled lowering or lengthening of the muscle during lifting (the part that it sometimes easy to let gravity take over and let the weight fall)
BUT-
I am here to remind you of this phase-
Controlling the lowering or lengthening of the muscle is a part of muscle training.
