When everyone says, “people suck” or “the world is going to hell in a hand basket” or “the world is a worse place than it was 50 years ago” .

I challenge you to think about how large the word “people” encompasses-

People includes—> your friends, your family, that guy on the subway who held the door open for you for two extra seconds while you were sprinting to catch it.

I have to choose optimism. I really feel like there’s no alternative if I’m going to get outta this world alive- 🤗🌎💫
