I started eating mainly Plant-Based in early 2017 and I love it.

I have struggled with various “diets” “nutrition plans” “lifestyle eating” ways in the past- and this one just fits me- and to be honest, the one thing I noticed to be the main positive piece is my mindset, the way I talk to myself has improved since this shift.

I don’t really have rules, I just have this guideline of “eat more veggies you dork” .

I’m an advocate for each person finding a way to eats that makes them thrive- and this is mine.

AND @ohsheglows first cookbook is my MAIN jam. I LOVE all her recipes. .
