You guys are totally laughing your faces off right now because you think Iβm kidding about this post, but I am as serious as a heart attack right now.
Before you judge-
Hear me out.

Our bodies are heavy and our spines (discs and vertebra) are compressed ALL.DAY.LONG. π
Did you know that you wake up at your tallest in the AM!
Anyway,not only does hanging decompress the spine, but it gives our LATS a rest which are not being stretched if youβre at a desk all day.
And you know what my favorite part about it is?
It makes me feel like Iβm 7 years old all over again, trying out out-monkey-bar the girl on the play groundπ
AND itβs super easy- find a bar at a playground, at the gym and just feel your body weight traction the spine.
And like always, Iβm a nerd and hang from anything I can get my hands on (no pun intended)
