Since becoming a mother, my workouts don’t last nearly as long as they used to.
Sometimes, all I have time for is a couple pushups on the kitchen floor while she’s eating, or some side planks while she’s taking a bath.
I’m not working towards perfection, I just want my joints moving in old age (whomp whomp)
Here’s a quick one~minute flow that you can repeat as many times as you want (but even just one is great)
*5 push ups.
*5 downdog pushups
*5 shoulders taps
*5 alt runners lunges
*5 sec mountain climbers.
If anything, it’ll get your body moving and heart rate up! .
