Have you all seen the #TEDtalk by @amycuddy on POWER POSES?

I watched it about 5 years ago at @gingerandthehuth house (and it made sense, seemed slightly odd-) until I put it into #practice...

When I was in PTA school, I would get SUPER #nervous before our practicals- like clammy hands, raising heart— etc.
So, I took her advice and started doing the #power pose (literally in a bathroom stall 5 minutes prior to taking the test) 😂 and it helps IMMENSELY! These two poses (me doing the TALL and PROUD) and @shopwesthouse doing the @wonderwoman pose are TWO of the poses you can do for 2 min (prior to doing something you may be slightly nervous for...)
for a quick boost in #confidence. -
I have carried this inexpensive nugget of advice with me for 5 years and it has made a difference- It’s hard to explain, but after coming out of the pose, I’m not as nervous as I was prior.
