At a ‘Spokane Ladies Business Networking’ event, someone mentioned @threebirdiesbakery and how she does an amazing job marketing, but also focused on how neat she is-
it took me about 6 seconds to start ‘following’ her after that comment and I quickly became a huge fan!

She is local to #Spokane and not only bakes, but designs her cookies with SUCH PIZAZZ- 💃
One of my favorites that made me spit out my drink was one she made for mothers’ day that read- “I’m sorry my large head ruined your lady garden”😂

After following her on IG for a while, I learned that she works full time, has three kiddos (ie. three birdies) and does all the baking and decorating once they are ALL IN BED-
WOW. WOW. WOW.
Then, I saw her friends (@gatherandsavor and @made.withpurpose) shower her with love and a sign from @lace.grace.and.rust
and the JOY she had on her face combined with the JOY all her friends HAD SURPRISING her WITH THE SIGN-
Just MADE ME OFF The wall happy- like Tigger on cocaine (sorry, but that would be insane)🐅

And for some odd reason (I’ll call it me being lucky) she is one of my clients- and showed me THIS cookie (at 5:00am this morning) that she made for me. -
If you know me, you know how this made me feel-
meatball was sleeping, so I couldn’t scream-
but I was overwhelmed-
overwhelmed by not only her pure act of kindness, but the gratitude I feel for the people around me.

As a military spouse, people are (physically) only in my life for a short time- but HOLY H-E- double hockey stick-
I promise on everything- I’ve met some of the BEST people on this planet BECAUSE of this life. -
Jamie, I will cherish this cookie for a lifetime (it might be rock hard in 30 years) but it will be a reminder of how you took the time (our most valuable gift) to make me smile-
Thank you so much. (FYI: her name is Jamie too, so I wasn’t like...talking to myself) 😂
