From here on out, I’ll be giving YOU (my followers) an answer to the problem:
“I don’t have time to workout”

I’ll be uploading moves (various levels- hopefully I’ll get better at the video every time..)

But MOVES that you can do for even as little as 1 minute to get your heart rate up!

If you are unable to get onto the ground for option one of floor pushups, my suggestion is to use the wall, or an incline such as a couch or counter.

I hope to be doing many more of these to help people incorporate movement (even quick moves) into their day.
