I love trying out new community classes- and this one (at 5:45am) was a great addition to add to my ‘bag o tricks’

@spincity2019 recently opened and @mandi831 raved about the classes. -
I love when studios do FTF (first time free) so you can test out the waters.

Parking was a breeze- and the owner has completely renovated the whole building (check out google maps for a “before”) and see what I mean- well done Jared! 👏

Black lights + good spin tunes got me AMPED at 5am- and I freaking love that it was 45 min. I soaked my towel (per usual for a spin class) and am energized to take on the rest of the day.

It’s been a while since I taught spin- and this class reminded me why I love it so much! Thanks for #acrazygoodtime spin city! Looking forward to coming back.

And next time I might take the ear plugs, because I’m a 92 year old in a 33 y/o body. 😂
