Food & Gratitude.

The two go hand and hand.

No matter how you say it, or your family does it (or you do it alone in a parked car after going through the drive thru) πŸ€”πŸ˜πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

When you are about to eat - anything... take a minute, 2-3 seconds even- to take a breath and be thankful for the food you are about to eat, for the farmers, for the laborers- for the people who help get food to your table- to your belly.

This is the first step of conscious eating.
