Last night, I felt like writing a poem.
•
I’m sharing it with you all, because I often find that the feelings I’m trying to work through- or “not” wanting to sit with-
Are often the SAME feelings that bring so much joy and connection to my life.
-
In my opinion-FEELINGS are neither GOOD OR BAD (morally) -
Is there a healthy was to express anger? (Yes)
Should I be joyful 100% of my life (no)
-
Another thing that I enjoy is writing-
But only when I want to- not like a 10 page paper about
Moby Dick (cue the WORST paper of my life...) HA!
